Missed Opportunities Means A Longer SentenceJust three weeks into 2010 we have already been contacted by four different clients who are struggling with the difficulties
of being sentenced to serve time in a federal prison. While we are certainly well prepared to assist these individuals with
their personal situations, we could have done much, much more. Each of these four cases is a vivid depiction of a client waiting
until after he was sentenced before asking for professional assistance.
In reviewing the particular circumstances
of these situations, each case clearly defines a minimum of two opportunities where our company could have positioned the
client to take advantage of our knowledge and expertise. The result would have undoubtedly been a shorter, lighter sentence.
If you are facing the possibility of being indicted, or if you already have been charged, it is imperative to contact
Executive Prison Consultants as soon as possible. We will work with you and your defense
attorney to craft a proactive strategy that will benefit you. Remember, your attorney will focus on the legal process. Our
focus is to combine those legal strategies with the knowledge we have as to how the inner system actually operates. Hence,
we will position you to take advantage of opportunities that are often overlooked.
Do not procrastinate with the
false hope that your case will be dismissed or that somehow all your problems might drift away. That frame of mine is not
realistic. Our professional consultants know just what, how, and when to take action in order to position you for the best
possible outcome.
