The decisions made in the initial stages of an investigation or at the outset of an indictment are absolutely critical. Steps taken in the early days of legal positioning will affect the defendant and his family forever. It is common for a defendant to believe that most, if not all, of the charges will not hold up. This is exactly why the services of our company are needed. We understand what our clients are going through. We know the reality of what is about to occur. We also know how the prosecutor will act, the role the prosecutor will play, their strategic approach to the case, and the tactics they will use to insure victory. Our firm's professional knowledge, experience, and expertise are such that we know exactly what to do and how to do it. Executive Prison Consultants has positive solutions to the problems and difficulties that our clients face.

Missed Opportunities Means A Longer Sentence
Just three weeks into 2010 we have already been contacted by four different clients who are struggling with the difficulties of being sentenced to serve time in a federal prison. While we are certainly well prepared to assist these individuals with their personal situations, we could have done much, much more. Each of these four cases is a vivid depiction of a client waiting until after he was sentenced before asking for professional assistance.

In reviewing the particular circumstances of these situations, each case clearly defines a minimum of two opportunities where our company could have positioned the client to take advantage of our knowledge and expertise. The result would have undoubtedly been a shorter, lighter sentence.

If you are facing the possibility of being indicted, or if you already have been charged, it is imperative to contact Executive Prison Consultants as soon as possible. We will work with you and your defense attorney to craft a proactive strategy that will benefit you. Remember, your attorney will focus on the legal process. Our focus is to combine those legal strategies with the knowledge we have as to how the inner system actually operates. Hence, we will position you to take advantage of opportunities that are often overlooked.

Do not procrastinate with the false hope that your case will be dismissed or that somehow all your problems might drift away. That frame of mine is not realistic. Our professional consultants know just what, how, and when to take action in order to position you for the best possible outcome.

Former NBA Referee Timothy Donaghy To Be Released From Prison

Tampa, Florida - November 2, 2009
From: Executive Prison Consultants -- Consulting Agency for Timothy Donaghy

For Immediate Release:

Former NBA referee Timothy Donaghy will be released from federal prison on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 after serving just over 13 months of a 15 month sentence. In June 2009, Donaghy was transferred from a federal prison camp in Pensacola, Florida to a Residential Re-entry facility in Tampa, Florida. After a misunderstanding of travel restrictions relative to the treatment of his injured knee in mid August, federal authorities transferred Donaghy to a detention center near Tampa to finish out the remaining 2 1/2 months of his sentence.

Other than the injured condition of his knee, Donaghy is in good health and is excited about seeing and re-uniting with his four daughters and family. He plans to reside in the Sarasota area where he will continue treatment for his gambling addiction, seek an appropriate surgical remedy for his injured knee, and attempt to find a job with a sales or marketing firm.

While in prison, Donaghy completed a book depicting his early years, the path that led to his professional career as an NBA referee, the lifestyle that resulted in his gambling addiction, a full disclosure of his improper actions as an NBA referee, along with the behaviors that led to his federal conviction and sentence to prison. After a recent rejection by Random House, Donaghy will look to find a company interested in publishing his book.

Mr. Donaghy will be unavailable for comment and/or direct interviews for an undetermined number of days following his release. Those wishing to speak with him directly may request such via the email address listed on this release. Executive Prison Consultants will respond to those requests when he is available to speak.
